Protein and Iron Packed Veggie Breakfast

Looking for a quick, simple recipe on the way out the door before work?

This one is 100% syn free if you’re following any Slimming World plan, and it’s also packed with both protein and iron.

It’s completely vegetarian friendly too.

Kcals: Approx 253

Real food percentage: 75%

You’ll need;

  • 1 poached egg
  • A handful of spinach
  • 1/3 of a tin of baked beans
  • A few streaks of freshly sliced pepper

Season with a bit of black pepper if you fancy it.

We find this one fills us up well, often to the point of forgetting lunch time has arrived. Perfect!
